Reservation Guarantee

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card (number and expiry date) at the time of booking.

Peak Season (July & August): 2-night minimum stay required
Off-Season: 1-night stays available, except during long weekends and special events, which require a 2-night minimum

Cancellation Policy

As a small, remote lodge, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. We appreciate your understanding of our strict policy:

Rooms & Cabins: Minimum 14 days’ notice required for cancellations or changes
Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a $100 cancellation fee
Group Bookings (3 or more units): Minimum 4 weeks’ notice required

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date will be charged **one night’s accommodation plus applicable taxes** to the credit card on file.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: From 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out: By 11:00 a.m.
For arrivals after 7:00 p.m., please contact the front desk in advance to arrange a late check-in

Smoking Policy

All accommodations are smoke-free and vape-free
A $200 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to lodge property, including rooms, cottages, and contents.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

Alcohol Policy

Outside alcohol is not permitted in the restaurant, terrace, patio, or bar areas.  Alcohol must be maintained in your room / cabin

Occupancy & Age Requirements

Additional guests beyond maximum occupancy are subject to a $50 per adult, per night fee
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book accommodations
Valid photo ID may be required at check-in

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, and cash

Quiet Hours

To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. across the entire property.

Excessive noise, including loud music, dogs barking or disruptive behavior, is not permitted
Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave without refund

 

Pet Policy - We are pleased to welcome well-behaved dogs to our lodge. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests—both two-legged and four-legged.  The following pet policy applies:

Eligible Pets - limited to small to mid-size breeds (maximum 50 lbs).  A maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation

General Guidelines:

• Dogs must be supervised at all times and not left unattended in rooms or cabins unless properly crated

• Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Guests must ensure noise levels are respectful of other visitors

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on lodge property

• Dogs are not permitted on the beach area at any time

• Owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout the property

• Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest

• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations

• Aggressive behaviour toward guests or other animals will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property without refund
